Coaches

As with all rugby clubs in the country, we are governed in line with the RFU regulations set out for the protection of children and coaching.

We aim to have at least two coaches for each age group. We also have pool of 10 volunteer reserve coaches from the current senior playing sides who will be available to assist the coaches and on occasion and come down and provide specialist training to support the designated coaches for each age group. All coaches will complete their CRB checks and complete the relevant RFU training courses.

Training schedules and plans will be developed by the head coaches to ensure a uniform approach to coaching throughout the youth programme and the club.
